NOVEMBER
As you prepare for Thanksgiving, as Ms.
November is doing, take care in watching your diet at least a couple of weeks
prior to the big feast.
Some men prefer to diet during this pre-holiday-fortnight,
then let loose on the big day. Others remain careful before, during and
after the big day - so it's totally up to you as to how you'll want to handle
your feasting enjoyment.
One Good Tip:
Should you go A-I-P on the big day, you
MUST get directly back onto your diet. If you don't, you're just about
guaranteed to put on at least 10 pounds by the first of the year.
