Jingle bells, gypsy spells, ko-che-coo-chee-coo!
Ms. December is doing a fantastic rendition
of 'The Jingle Bell Rock', isn't she? Wouldn't you love to be her waist
cape?
It looks easy, though - the gypsy dance. We all do much of the same
movements after our bath time, with our little towels, don't we?
December is a trip down the Holiday Halls
of Diet Hoe-Down. This Season of Joy can leave a Manly Man in tears, come the New
Year. Pound cakes add pounds to the chest area and tum-tum. Fruit cakes
just weigh you down, thus weighing your scales down, too.
Do your best to avoid nuts, candy,
cakes, cookies (yes, even the ones with sprinkles on them) and anything that
sticks to your fingers.
But of course, you WILL want to enjoy your
fair share of treats during this festive month. The trick is to COUNT
the CALORIE COST into your daily diet. It's the least that a Manly Man
can to for a defenseless tum-tum when confronted by Aunt Bertha's Whipped Creme
Prune Cake - an irresistible concoction, right?
Please note that all naughty dieters
will receive coal in their stockings rather than sugar free gum.
