Sad but so, sometimes
even Manly Men need directions. Such is, in the case of dieting. If

that you're going to need a good Diet Game Plan to be successful. Here
are a few more important things that you need to remember on your journey:
Try
to avoid eating after dinner as it is hard to burn those calories before bedtime.
Try
to eat your dinner as early in the evening as possible.
Trim
off all visible fat and skin from your meat (chicken, etc.)
Try
to choose white meat over dark.
Avoid
hard liquor and limit those lite beers.
Try
cutting out butter/margarine and using the refrigerated no calorie butter spray.
After a while, you won't be able to tell the difference.
Try
substituting Equal or Splenda for sugar.
Use
1% or Skimmed milk rather than whole.
Try
to walk every other day for at least 10 minutes straight at a mild pace.
