seeking optimum health, you are already aware of the potential dangers of smoke
- both first and second hand smoking.
If you are currently
a smoker, think seriously about quitting. And once you begin your diet,
if you choose not to quit smoking, you'll need to be extremely carefully about
not substituting smoking for eating.
Smoking may be
worse for you than being overweight OR being overweight may be worse for you
than smoking. The jury is still out! Frankly, I think that it all
boils down to genes.
So if you smoke,
see your doctor and try to quit. You'll breath easier and live longer.
