January is THE month - THE most popular month
to begin dieting and getting fit. Individuals tend to cram all the holiday
goodies that they can find into their mouths from Thanksgiving to New Year's
Day, as they plan that BIG DIET that will begin on January 2nd.
It's a shame that our new year doesn't begin
in a warm month because January makes it very difficult to cut the Old Exercise
Rug. It's not fun running when you have icicles hanging off your nose.
On the other hand, it's a new year - a new
beginning - a new start, therefore many dieters are very successful when using
January as their 'spin-off diet month'.
