TIPS FOR MARCH
Enjoy the onset
of Spring! If you find that your exercise regime is
falling to the wayside, kick-start it again by trying one of the following:
Visit
a local park, State Park, National Wildlife Refuge or Recreational area and
enjoy a long hike. Be sure to rub on some lotion to protect you from the
rays of the sun - which may appear harmless this time of year, but don't believe
what you see! They are strong and powerful - and those rays love kissing Manly
Men until their skin turns as red as a beet. Detailed information on the

Get
out and about searching high and searching low for beautiful wildflowers of
Spring. Don't forget your camera!
Do
the traditional 'March Thing To Do' and go fly a kite.
Enjoy
a picnic by a dazzling blue lake and enjoy a game of horseshoes while the meat
is cooking. Be sure to grill your meat and hold onto your hat because
those stiff March winds just might blow it away.....
