is a month for liquids - cool liquids that will pump up your diet. Liquids
are especially important to the man who is dieting.
Liquids
help fill you up so that you don't feel ravenous.

help rid the body of sodium which can create 'water retention' and add deceitful
pounds to your scale.
Drinking
water rather than sweetened drinks will quench your thirst better than anything
else. And the more water you drink, the less sodas you'll crave.
While dining away from home, make it a practice
to request water with your meal, along with a slice of lemon. You can always
add a bit of no calorie sweetener to your glass should you require something with a little
more kick. You'll not only be helping your body to reach a higher level
of fitness, your pocketbook will appreciate the savings.
Speaking of water, April is also a very
good month to wind down in the old hot tub.
