While dining away from home, make it a practice to request water with your meal, along with a slice of lemon. You can always add a bit of no calorie sweetener to your glass should you require something with a little more kick. You'll not only be helping your body to reach a higher level of fitness, your pocketbook will appreciate the savings.

Speaking of water, April is also a very good month to wind down in the old hot tub.
