The month of July is filled with flies, ants
and mosquitoes! So what better time to take a picnic!! 
Go to the attic, dust off the picnic basket,
bring it to the kitchen and start stuffing it with healthy, tasty items.
You
may even center your picnic around the Fourth of July.
Eating healthy
is certainly another well-deserved reason to celebrate.
Be sure to bring
along a CD player or a radio. Some sand-volleyball might also be something
fun to add to your picnic. And - don't forget your hat and the sunscreen!
