Weight Loss Goddesses (called chocolate) has been found to render health benefits
by blocking free radicals that can do damage to the heart.
Chocolate is actually GOOD for the Weight Loss Goddess?

important to point out the facts about chocolate and health benefits - and it's
still pretty good news.
Milk chocolate passes along about 'zero'
health benefits to the goddess dieter. However, dark chocolate works as
a powerful antioxidant in blocking free
radicals and may even lower blood pressure.
But beware, for the fat
content in chocolate is extreme. That's the bad news. The good news
is that by incorporating a bit of dark chocolate into your diet, you might gain
some nifty health benefits.
Just be certain to
account for the additional
calories because chocolate
is not only high in fat,
it's high in calories.
Forego
the milk mustache with your
chocolate as it may block
the antioxidants found in
dark chocolate.
Do however, beware of chocolate fad diets
that are creeping about the Internet these days. It's all about moderation.
And for the most part, some 'Chocolate

Plans' substitute 'their chocolate product' for vitamins and nutrients
that you should be getting from natural foods.
So, with all that said, a small piece
of dark chocolate a day might keep the Diet Boogie Monster away.
