- Diet Ambrosia Salad
- Mix together the following:
- 2 Tablespoons of fresh flake
coconut
- 1 can of drained mandarin
oranges
- 2 peeled and de-veined oranges
cut into sections
- 6 cherries from a jar, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons of chopped
walnuts
Marinate with the following
mixture: juice of two oranges, 6 packets of Splenda or your favorite
no calorie sweetener, 1 small container of fat free, sugar free
orange yogurt, 1/4 container of light whipped topping. Mix gently,
then add to ambrosia.
