Low Calorie Recipe for Diet Survivor Tea

Ensue the help of healthy tea for your weight loss plans. Tea is naturally calorie free, sugar free and fat free. Here is the simple diet recipe for Diet Survivor Tea from recipe box of the Weight Loss Goddess.

Ingredients:  Boiling water (careful!), lemon, Splenda, rum extract and two tea bags.

How to prepare Diet Survivor Tea.  Squeeze a bit of lemon into boiling water (careful!); add the two tea bags and allow to steep for about 2 minutes.  Remove tea bags; add a shot of rum extract and sweeten with Splenda.

Diet Tips: #1 Splenda is a great choice of no calorie sweetener because of its staying powers amid hot temperature.  Other no calorie sweeteners tend to lose their sweetening powers in heated moments.

Diet Tip #2:   Grab a few packets of no calorie sweetener to take with you for those moments when the restaurant doesn't carry your preferred brand of sweetener.
