Dieting? Ice Cream or
Ice Queen?
It's certainly no secret that ice cream contains
considerable fat and calories. Too much ice cream down the
tummy, makes for unwanted rolls down the mummy. Rather than
filling your tuff with ice cream, try some Ice Queens instead. Delicious,
nutritious and oh - so - diet good! Yes, it's possible to
be randy AND diet good.
What are Ice Queens?Frozen
beauties including strawberries, peaches, blueberries, melon,
grapes and so forth. Look for Ice Queens in the freezer section
at your local market. Or, make some by washing the fresh fruit,
then place into freezer until frozen. Whole grapes, whole
berries, scooped melon balls, sliced peaches - all freeze remarkably
well. To freeze bananas, slice before freezing. Be sure
to separate fruit pieces so that they don't touch during the freezing
process.
How to prepare Diet Wise Ice Queens.
Remove from freeze and
sprinkle generously with your favorite no calorie sweetener. Top
with light topping if desired. For a unique flavor, gently
mix topping with a dash of your favorite extract and a packet or
two of no calorie sweetener if more sweetening power is desired.
Diet Perk: Ice Queens take a lot
longer to eat than ice cream and contain far more nutritional benefits.
