bolster weight loss success because:
activity accelerates
the metabolism, making it much more efficient so that it can adequately
burn those calories (i.e. fat deposits)

muscle and it takes more calories to support muscle than it does
to support fat
Our recommendation
is moderate exercise, such as walking 10 to 15 minutes per day or
at least every other day.
